Quick answers about RESET, opening, hours and memberships.
Where is RESET?
1315 Hwy 10, Detroit Lakes, MN. RESET is its own new building at the same location as Snap Fitness.
When does RESET open?
Spring 2027. Founding memberships go on sale in January 2027.
What are the hours?
RESET will be open 24 hours a day.
Do I need to be a Snap Fitness member?
No. RESET is a separate membership. Snap Fitness members are welcome to join, and so is anyone else.
Can I try it without a membership?
Yes. Drop-in visits will be available for $50.
What do I wear?
Your regular clothes. The HydroMassage Lounge, CryoLounge+, PolarWave, and RelaxSpace pod are all used fully clothed. Eye protection should be worn in the RedZone sauna.
How long is each session?
HydroMassage, CryoLounge+, RedZone, and RelaxSpace sessions are up to 15 minutes. PolarWave cold plunge sessions are up to 7 minutes, and first-timers should start with 3.
How do I book a session?
Booking details will be shared with members before opening.
Is it safe for me?
Most healthy adults can use every service, but each one has conditions where you should check with a medical provider first. Those are listed on the Equipment page. PolarWave and RedZone are not for children under 16 or for anyone who is pregnant.

RESET Wellness + Recovery equipment is for general wellness and relaxation. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a service is right for you, talk with your medical provider before use.
